Recipe: Mix 2 kg of ice powder with 5 liters of water until the powder dissolves. For particularly creamy ice cream, you can use milk instead of water or mix the milk with water. Then put the soft ice cream mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then the mass is filled into the soft ice cream machine, voila done! The soft ice cream mix is ready to serve.
