An ice machine is a big investment. An investment that can be really intimidating at first. We would like to relieve you of your worries: Of the crucial fundamental questions - Which ice machine is right for me? - until delivery, installation and everything that follows. 

Freeezy accompanies you step by step with competence, openness and creativity. 

Step 1: conceptualization and advice

It is well known that precise planning usually doesn't cost more energy than dreaming, wishing and hoping. So the first step: We'll help you create a solid plan. 

Are you a start-up? No fear! We stand by you as an experienced consultant. Our range includes versatile ice cream machines and soft ice cream machines, so that an ideal solution can be found for all possible situations. We offer compact table-top devices if you are limited in space, as well as massive powerhouse devices with maximum performance.

Step 2: delivery and installation

So you have decided on your dream machine(s). We have over 300 machines in stock directly on site! We will send your machine on the day we receive your payment and your delivery will be with you in 1-3 working days (for products that are not in stock, please inform our staff about the delivery time). We will also send a trained technician with your machine to help you install the machine. Our technicians will show you how to operate the machine and will help you with any questions you may have initially. 

Step 3: Telephone check-up 

After your machine has been in operation for a while, we will contact you by phone, your feedback is important to us. You have actually planned to replenish your soft ice cream reserves for a long time, but you just can't get around to it? We know that in times of stress you often forget about such tasks. So you can leave it to us right away! We will contact you automatically. With the check-up call, we can counteract problems, preferably before they even appear. 

Step 4: maintenance / repair 

Is something strange to you about your machine? No reason to worry. Our machines are fundamentally robust and durable. Often it is just a small defect that our technicians can fix immediately. We will of course provide any spare parts. 

Of course, your ice machine also comes with a guarantee. This is set to one year by default. However, we are happy to offer a longer warranty when purchasing your ice cream machine. It's best to ask right away. 

In general, we recommend that you have your ice cream machine serviced by a professional technician at regular intervals.
